Born in a tattoo shop
We’re Max & Nico, two brothers raised between buzzing machines and the smell of fresh ink. Our father was a passionate tattoo artist, and we grew up watching him turn stories into designs on skin. We learned the craft early.
But as we got older, we saw the other side too : the hesitation, the pain, the regret. And one day, we looked at each other and said: what if we could reinvent tattooing?
So we left everything behind
We packed our sketchbooks and flew to the Amazon. Deep in the Darién Gap, between Colombia and Panama, we found something ancient : a fruit called Genipa americana, used by local communities for centuries to safely stain the skin.
No machines, no needles, no pain. Just nature. And for us, it clicked. This was the beginning of a new way to express yourself freely.
That fruit changed our lives
Back in France, we spent months perfecting a formula: clean, vegan, needle-free. A semi-permanent tattoo ink that fades naturally in a few weeks : just like moods, stories, or moments. And to stay true to who we are, every single design is hand-drawn by us, Max & Nico. Nothing is bought. Nothing is AI-generated. Just real lines, born from real stories.
That’s how INKON was born
INKON is for those who want to try, express, evolve. Tattoos that don't hurt. Tattoos that don’t stay forever unless you want them to. Each piece you wear is a piece of our art. INKON isn’t about committing to one version of yourself. It’s about embracing them all.
